Macon County TNGenWeb

Scenic Macon County Tennessee is located in northern Middle Tennessee. It is bordered by Sumner, Smith, Jackson and Clay County in Tennessee and Monroe and Allen County in Kentucky. It's county seat is LaFayette and is home of the historical town of Red Boiling Springs, which is famous for the healing powers of its mineral waters.
